Jim is responsible for the overall relationship management of his clients that he manages with a focus on the senior living and social services industry. Bringing market insight, fostering innovative and traditional models for all lines of coverage matching tailored strategies to each client’s goals and needs. His passion is to connect people and ideas to not only look at insurance coverage but how insurance is best used for his clients’ overall company strategy within their industry and geography to help them succeed as an overall business. ​

Jim has 18+ years of experience in the insurance industry. He has an extensive background dating back to high school and college summer internships for Frank F. Haack and Associates and Zywave.  He worked in Large Group Account Management for UnitedHealthcare and Humana where he won several President’s Council Awards.  For 9 years prior to B&B, he was the Large Group Sales Representative for Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield of WI where he was a multiple Blazer Award winner.  ​

Jim is born and raised in the Milwaukee, WI and has a huge passion for the community with involvement on the SHARP Literacy Board, St. Augustine Preparatory School, American Cancer Society Executive Committee, Marquette University High School Alumni Relations Committee.  Jim is an alumni of Forward 48 and YP Waukesha Business Alliance. ​

Kerry Klecic is responsible for leading the growth and retention within our Senior Living & Social Services practice at Brown & Brown. Kerry brings nearly a decade of experience consulting clients in the senior living sector on how to lower net operating costs related to business insurance and benefits. He is an active member of LeadingAge and the Wisconsin Health Care Association. Kerry also actively leads our risk management efforts in this sector, working closely with our loss control team on defensibility building, media relations, and claims prevention. Kerry is a graduate of the University of South Florida in Tampa.

He is a resident of Milwaukee, WI, and joined Brown & Brown in 2016
